Technical Specifications

Viscosity: Medium-frame, stable for excessive-decision printing
Mesh Count: 86–a hundred and sixty (for layering, element, or smooth gloss)
Squeegee: 60–70 durometer, sharp side for clean laydown
Cure Temp: a hundred and sixty°C–a hundred and seventy°C (320°F–338°F)
Flash Time: 2–five seconds at a hundred and ten°C–one hundred thirty°C (230°F–266°F)
Additives: Can be softened or thickened with suitable plastisol modifiers; continually test first

Printing Notes

Print on mild or mid-tone clothes for pleasant readability
Not suitable for standalone prints on darkish fabrics until layered creatively
For tender-hand or vintage effects, print via better mesh and minimum deposit
Can be used as a pinnacle coat for shimmer, glitter, or puff inks
