Viscosity: Medium-High body, best for raised printing
Mesh Count: 24–43T (60–110 U.S.) for thicker deposit and texture buildup
Squeegee: Medium to tough (70 durometer); rounded area for raised prints
Cure Temp: one hundred sixty°C – one hundred seventy°C (320°F – 338°F)
Flash Time: 4–7 seconds at one hundred ten°C – 130°C (230°F – 266°F)
Additives: Can be changed with puff or silicone enhancer for additonal grip or softness
Printing Tips
Use a thick stencil (two hundred–400 micron emulsion or capillary film) for defined texture
Use more than one prints or layering for better-profile grips
Consider using a dot or honeycomb sample for optimized flexibility and grip
Allow full cure before stretch or wash checking out
Storage & Shelf Life
Store at 15°C–30°C (59°F–86°F), away from direct sunlight
Shelf life: 12–18 months in sealed container
Stir well before use; do not thin with solvents not designed for plastisol systems
