Low Bleed Inks

Our Low Bleed Plastisol Ink is engineered to fight dye migration on polyester and poly-mixture fabric. Specially formulated with bleeding-resistant homes, this ink gives you crisp, vivid, and lengthy-lasting prints even on difficult clothes consisting of sublimated sportswear, overall performance fabric, and poly-cotton blends. Technical Specifications

Mesh Count: 86–160 (lower mesh for more opacity, higher for detail)
Squeegee: 60/90/60 triple durometer or 70 durometer, medium pressure

Cure Temperature:

Standard: 160°C – 170°C (320°F – 338°F)
Low Cure Option: As low as 135°C (275°F) when used with low-temp formulas
Flash Time: 2–6 seconds at 110°C – 130°C (230°F – 266°F), test for fabric compatibility
Bleed Blocking: Effective up to mid-to-high bleeding fabrics; for extreme cases, use with Shaliteink CHJT-8502 Migration Blocker
