Printing & Technical Recommendations

Mesh Count:
Puff / HD / Glitter: 24-86 mesh
Shimmer/Glow/Chameleon, 86-160 Mesh
Squeegee:
Medium to hard durometer (70 or 60/90/60)
Fine point for details and lines, broad chisel point for bold strokes and shading
Curing:
Usually 160°C – 170°C (320°F – 338°F) according to ink type
Puff and HD need to be at the correct temp/time ratio for full expansion
Additives:May need stabilizers, modifiers, or retarders, depending on the effect ALWAYS make a sample before production!

Storage & Handling：

Keep in a Cool, Dry Place (15°C - 30°C / 59°F – 86°F)Avoid Exposure to Direct Sunlight and Moisture Mix thoroughly prior to use; special effect inks may settle over time
